NEW! Streching- mondays at 7:30 p.m

In that depth streching class, we strech and mend our bodies, using different streching techniques. The class begins with soft warm up and continues with  streching exercises from differnt methods, such as Shindo and exertion- streching- abeyance method. It is very important to take care of our bodies, to rehabilitate and relax, especially after active training. Streching can also just be a calming trainingclass on itself. So come and enjoy!
